ACCESS TO THE ROUTES

Access to the Park's routes is subject to completing the sheet with the warnings that will be given to you at the Info-Point and paying the relevant ticket. Before signing the sheet, read these regulations.

The ticket entitles you to use the adventure routes for a time varying from 1.5 hours to 3 hours based on the routes chosen, time starting from the end of the briefing.

At the Info-Point you will be issued a ticket indicating the time of the briefing to show up for. You can decide to leave immediately (if there is availability) or you can choose the time from those available. If your briefing time is imminent, collect your equipment and head towards the "DRESSING" area, otherwise return to the Info-Point 15 minutes before the booked time.

DELIVERY OF THE MATERIAL

For the delivery of individual equipment (helmet, harness, lanyards with carabiners, pulley) it is necessary to leave a valid document at the Info-Point at the time of registration, for families and groups a single document is sufficient.
The document will be returned only after the last member of the group has returned and the Info-Point staff has verified the actual return of all the previously delivered equipment.

Damage or loss of the delivered equipment entails a penalty varying from a minimum of 30 euros to a maximum of 300 euros for each piece of equipment

BRIEFING BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY

At the time indicated on the ticket or by the park assistants, go to the briefing area, where an instructor will show you the progression methods on the routes and all the simple but essential rules to guarantee your safety on the routes. Subsequently, everyone will have to complete a short test run "on the ground" to demonstrate that they have correctly understood the instructions given.

It is strictly forbidden to climb the routes and any structure of the adventure park without having paid the relevant ticket, having participated in the briefing phase and without authorization from the operator, even if you have already been to ours or another adventure park.

The children's routes (Light Blue, Yellow, Orange, Fuchsia and Junior Red) equipped with a continuous lifeline, thanks to the simplicity and safety of the patented system, require a "simplified" briefing which takes place directly at the start of the routes, to which Always have an adult responsible for the minor preside for the entire duration of the process.

The Tree House 1, Tree House 2 and Tree House 3 routes do not include briefings but the helmet is compulsory and supervision by parents or guardians. The Bouldering wall requires a short briefing before being used.

Minors are allowed on the routes only in the presence of a responsible adult who will sign the warning sheet.

ROUTES

On the routes you will be totally autonomous in your evolutions. Safety is always maximum, as long as you always remain attached to the Lifeline with at least one carabiner and carefully follow the easy rules learned in the initial "mandatory" briefing.

For the adult routes it is necessary to start from the route ——–, the easiest, and then continue in sequence on the routes of increasing difficulty.

The park instructor has the right to prevent access to the routes of greater difficulty if, after an assessment made on the routes of lesser difficulty, he believes that you do not have the suitable requirements. Likewise, it can make you get off the routes if you do not respect the necessary safety and behavioral rules.

If necessary, the instructor on the ground will help you with suitable suggestions and if necessary the rescue operator will be able to bring you back to the ground at any point of the routes in the shortest possible time.

RETURN OF MATERIAL AND PENALTIES

Within the established time which varies based on the routes chosen from 1.30 hours to 3 hours from the start of the briefing you will have to return to the Info-Point for the delivery of the material at the end of which the document will be returned.

Delays beyond the maximum available time, taking into account any "blockages or slowdowns" on the routes, will result in the payment of a second ticket if not authorized by the info point.
